Another great experience with Parkside! I hit a deer with my car and immediately called Parkside as they are always my go to for anything my vehicle needs. The entire process was easy from start to finish, and the staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way (special mention to Jackie L. at the front desk). The service was incredibly fast, and they did an amazing job on my car. It honestly looks almost better than it did before! They even washed/detailed the outside of the car and took off these black scuff marks my snow brush left all over from this winter. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to the details. Excellent customer service, quality work, and a smooth experience overall. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient auto service!

We met by accident. The tow driver was very quick, friendly and accommodating. After hitting a fox. Jackie and Mike were amazing to work with. They coordinated the work that needed to be done on the Car. Jackie was so informative and helped me through the process. The body shop was amazing also. The car looks amazing. Thank you all so very much. I would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to help us.

Salesmen were awesome, easy to work with and got us exactly what we wanted. Paperwork got messed up and Jackie was not a nice person about it. When I first came to her about it she was very rude and made it seem like I was lying. Anyways after 1.5 months it was fixed. Would’ve given 5 stars but like I said Jackie was extremely rude and not pleasant to talk to what so ever.

Jackie @ Parkside has always went above and beyond to provide me superior customer service for all of my car repairs! She is extremely knowledgeable in the process from start to finish, including any questions related to insurance claims! You name it, she is the go to person! Very polite, professional, quick, and accurate! I definitely recommend parkside auto! Thank you so much!

Great friendly people. My salesman helped me get things done right and quickly. They worked hard to help me get what I wanted. The car was incredibly clean and in amazing shape. I couldn’t be happier
